Work has started on a temporary mall entrance that will be used during construction. The entrance will lead into the parking lot shared by Macy’s and the Expansion. The new entrance doorway was cut and three new doors were installed. Additionally, the walls within the corridor were painted and the carpet was installed.
The hallway realignment project has begun. The demolition of the old storefronts was completed, the installation of the new bulkhead on the south side of the hallway (right side of the picture below) began, and the tile was removed throughout the enclosed area.
The hanging of the drywall for the new additional Women’s, Men’s and Family Restrooms started this month.
The demolotion of the Billy Beez space commence this month.
