Manassas Mall has released its 2019 Community Report, highlighting the results of the center’s collaboration with Prince William County non-profit community organizations over the past year. The Report is now available at Manassas Mall Community Impact 2019.
Manassas Mall donated space to 74 not-for-profit organizations and collaborated with them to host 96 events at the center in 2019. “Partnering with and giving back to our community is important to the Manassas Mall team, and we believe it is part of what makes the center successful” said Kelly Gilfether, Marketing Director of Manassas Mall.
One such partner is the Osbourn High School Band Boosters, who Manassas Mall has partnered with for over 20 years. Each holiday season from Black Friday to Christmas Eve, dozens of band students and their parents volunteer their time to staff the Holiday Gift Wrap Booth in the mall. 100% of all proceeds raised by OHS Band students go to help offset the cost of band-related expenses.
